Registrations for the 2023 season has now opened!
It has never been a better time to play the greatest game for all. Last year, for the first time since 2019 we held our entire suite of major events and held our largest development squads ever, reaffirming our commitment to providing a better participant experience. We also held our first ever girls squad which comes off the back of record growth in female registrations. That are more will be returning in 2023 and we cannot wait to have you apart of it. We also returned to Jubilee oval after a long hiatus to better provide memorable experiences, but unfortunately due to other events taking priority at the venue, it is unavailable for when we need it during the 2023 season.
Our website, stgeorgejrl.com.au has undergone some vast improvements to improve your digital experience and cater to the needs of our community. The brand new club finder is accessible here and on the home page. This allows you to find the closest club near you. When you do that you would want to then find out information about that club and we have rebuilt the club information page so it works better on mobile. Other features that have gone live recently include the ability to translate the page into a language that suites you and our chat bot. You can read more about those features in the blog post linked. Both features aim to improve your digital experience through catering to the needs of our culturally linguistic and diverse community as well as providing hte ability for information and support to be delivered in a more on demand fashion.
With affordability front of mind, a reminder that if you are eligible you can get $100 off your registration by activating your Active Kids voucher. Clubs set their own cost of registration and in some cases playing the game can be entirely free for the entire season. Please enquire with your local club.
